La Vacia Talega has always held a special place in my heart—where childhood summers unfolded in sun-soaked joy, playing in the waves with cousins and family friends until the bugs chased us out at dusk.
Years later, I returned with my husband, and we had the entire beach to ourselves. It was his first time in Puerto Rico - a quiet, golden moment where love, nostalgia, and new beginnings met. He flew his drone and captured us from the ocean’s view, a perspective that inspired this painting.
It’s more than just a beach - it’s a memory that keeps unfolding.
